    One piece. However, we can provide a better price-per-piece on larger orders.

    We're located in Richmond, TX 77407 (Near 99 & Bellaire) close to Sam's Club. Our business is operated from our residence in a pet-free and smoke-free environment. We ship orders anywhere in the U.S.
  • Can you embroider on towels, aprons, robes, etc.?
    Yes! We can embroider on just about any type of garment.
  • Do you have any setup or digitizing fees?
    No setup fees. Digitizing... sometimes, depending on how complex your logo/design is. If it's a simple design/text, we will waive this fee.
  • What is digitizing?
    Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting an image or logo into a digital format that can be read by an embroidery machine. This allows the design to be embroidered onto a wide range of products, including apparel, hats, bags, and more.
  • Can I provide my own garment?
    Absolutely! Most of our customers bring in their preferred garment and are only charged for digitizing (if applicable) and embroidery work.
  • Which file format do you typically accept?
    Accepted file formats: - Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - Adobe PDF (.pdf) - Photoshop (.psd) - CorelDraw (.cdr) Please email your file to: info@joyfulembroidery.com If you do not have any of these formats, do not panic... give us a call and we'll help you out with this step.
